Partnering with businesses, Path to Summit LLC, www.pathtosummit.com, by evaluating their project management tools and practices to streamline and improve after the ‘Work from Home’ (WFH) push due to the pandemic.

“We help business owners become nimbler in their decision-making processes by helping their employees become productive and proactive with company projects and processes,” states Kirsten.

As a 100% virtual project management firm, Path to Summit LLC has remained remote & virtual since its inception on 1/1/2017.

Regarding their fractional project management service, they determine a company’s success pillars, internal culture, and mission before suggesting customized proper project management solutions.

Taking a customized approach to everything they do; their goal is to add value to businesses by increasing productivity and creating time for more strategic activities.

According to Kirsten, “Spreadsheets were created for data and mathematics. If you’re using them for anything else, it’s time to hop in the DeLorean and come back to the present day. Like Doc Brown said, ‘Spreadsheets? Where we’re going, we don’t need spreadsheets.’”
